BlocPower, a climate technology company focused on analyzing, financing, and upgrading homes and buildings, launched a new training program to educate the next generation of technicians. ESC Cabling, one of the first contractors to participate, faced the challenge of providing comprehensive training that adhered to both OSHA regulations and NCCER exam protocols.

Founded in 2004, the Mosholu Montefiore Community Center (MMCC) serves over 35,000 individuals annually, ranging from preschoolers to senior citizens. As an equal-opportunity employment program, MMCC provides support, enrichment, education, and recreation programs to help community members lead full and productive lives. To ensure the safety and security of its extensive facilities, MMCC required an upgrade to its surveillance and access control systems.
